Jeff Genovesi, CWI, has spent more than 35 years doing exactly that.

His career has taken him from hands-on welding and high-purity fabrication to inspection, quality management, technical leadership, troubleshooting, and training. Along the way, he has worked in some of the most demanding environments in the industry, including semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical and biotechnology fabrication, aerospace, industrial construction, and high-purity piping.

Today, as Senior Welding & Quality Consultant and Orbital Welding Subject Matter Expert at OWETEC, Jeff brings that experience to teams facing complex welding and fabrication challenges.

Jeff’s experience is broad, but it is also deeply practical.

He has worked as a welder, inspector, instructor, quality leader, technical manager, and division manager. That means he understands the welding process from more than one perspective.
