Open-Head Wire-Feed Orbital GTAW Welding Course
Advanced training in multi-pass wire-feed orbital welding, including programming, defect control, troubleshooting, and ASME/API code–compliant pipe welding techniques.
3-Day Orbital Weld Setup & Operation Course
Hands-on instruction for setup, programming, parameter selection, and operation of major orbital welding systems—ideal for technicians, maintenance teams, and entry-level orbital welders.
Manual Welding Training
Practical, certification-ready manual welding instruction, including foundational SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & FCAW skills or advanced pipe and structural welding aligned with ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, and API 1104 standards.
Weld Examiner & Inspection Training
A 5-day program focused on weld inspection, documentation, and compliance. Includes credit hours toward ASNT Level I Visual Inspection requirements, with the option to complete the ASNT Level II written exam.
