Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel their bookings for training sessions, workshops, or consultancy services or product purchases with OWETEC Services.
1. General Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To accommodate our clients while maintaining the integrity of our services, we offer the following cancellation and refund terms:
2. Training Services
Client-Initiated Cancellation
• More than 14 days prior to training: 100% refund or full credit toward future training.
• 7–14 days prior to training: 50% refund or 75% credit toward future training.
• Less than 7 days prior to training: No refund. 25% credit may be issued at our discretion.
• No-show without notice: No refund or credit will be provided.
OWETEC-Initiated Cancellation
• If we must cancel a scheduled training session, clients will receive:
o A full refund or
o The option to reschedule or receive full credit toward future training.
3. Consultancy Services
Project-Based Consultancy
• A non-refundable deposit (usually 20–30%) is required to secure project dates.Cancellation & Refund Policy Document
• Cancellation more than 14 days before the project start: Refund of balance, minus
deposit.
• Less than 14 days before start: 50% refund of the remaining balance.
• After commencement: Refunds are not available once work has begun, unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
Hourly / Retainer Services
• Clients may cancel with 72 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session may be billed at 50%
of the session rate.
• No-shows will be billed at full rate.
4. Product Purchases
• Clients are eligible for a 100% refund if the product is returned within 7 calendar
days (1–7 days) from the date of receipt.
• Returned products must not be used and must be in the same condition as
received—undamaged and in original packaging.
• OWETEC reserves the right to inspect the returned item before issuing a refund to
ensure it meets return criteria.
5. Rescheduling
• Clients may request to reschedule a service with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours may incur a fee.

6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Force Majeure
OWETEC Services is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g.,
natural disasters, illness, government restrictions). In such cases, we will work with clients
to reschedule services or issue appropriate credits.
